How do I get a library card?

Current Faculty, Staff and Students: https://libguides.lbc.edu/patrongroups

Your LBC ID card is your Library card!

Use your LBC credentials for Log in. (this is the same as your email/canvas username/password)

Alumni: https://libguides.lbc.edu/Alumni/Borrow

Your Library Issued Alumni card is your library card!

Use it to borrow books, renew an item online, and make requests. 

Things to Remember:

  • Materials can be returned to the circulation desk at any LBC Library Branch. In Lancaster, items may also be returned using the book drop
  • Patrons are financially responsible for lost or damaged materials
  • As an Alumni your card Expires Yearly. You will be asked to update information each year for renewal.

  • As an Community Member your card Expires Yearly. You will be asked to update information and pay the annual fee of $25 for renewal. Now charging $15 instead of $25 (new or renewing) Take advantage of the low rate before it expires!
