Chat with a librarian immediate library assistance is available online anytime
 

 

Students and employees can chat with an LBC librarian during normal business hours Monday through Friday and a non LBC librarian 24/7.

 

 
To chat with a librarian simply click on the chat now button from any of the library pages fill in the information when prompted and chat

 

 
LBC librarians can offer zoom assistance right from the chat box and can assist you at your point of need

 

If you would need further assistance during your chat ask that a ticket be created for you. 
The ticket for follow-up is placed into a queue and answered by LBC staff members
