How do I suggest materials for library purchase?

Answer

When suggesting materials for library purchase priority should be given to materials that enable students to be successful in achieving learning outcomes and completing course assignments.  E-resources are purchased when feasible to provide multiple-location access.

Preferred methods for suggesting materials include:

·       Send publisher catalogs or brochures, with each selection circled and initialed, via interoffice mail to Deb Hunt.

·       Send the Amazon Smile links for items you are suggesting to DHunt@lbc.edu

·       Use the Purchase Request form found on the Suggest It tab of the Faculty & Staff Information Guide.  This is one of the Research Guides found under the subject Library.  The link to the Research Guides is under the heading FIND on the library website.
