I requested some books to be sent to me. How can I know where they are in process.

Answer

 

Go to your My Account. There should be a record of your request materials there.

You will also receive an email notification when your items are ready for pick up.

When you have the items Mailed to you, or have items sent from Branch to Branch, it can take between 5-10 business days for items to arrive.

There will be a return label in the box. We ask that you hold on to the package and use that to return the items.​
